Limit of one entry per person. Your Approver must consent to appearing in the photo and to it being posted publicly. No purchase is necessary to enter.

6. This is a game of skill

Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be judged on the creativity and humour of the photo and the out-of-office reply. Judging will take place at 1/8 Distribution Court, Arundel QLD 4214 on Monday 16 November 2026 by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes

  • There are 10 winners.
  • Each winner receives AUD $400, paid by bank transfer, plus a JUICD product pack.
  • Total cash prize pool: AUD $4,000, plus 10 JUICD product packs.

Cash prizes will be paid within 14 business days of the Promoter receiving the winner's verified details. Product packs will be shipped to an Australian address. Prizes are not transferable. JUICD product packs cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be announced on Monday 16 November 2026 via the JUICD Discord and Instagram, and contacted directly via the email or social account used to enter. Winners must respond within 7 days with the details needed to receive their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in time, the Promoter may award the prize to the next highest-ranked valid entry.

9. Time off is your responsibility

The $400 prize is not wages and does not create any employment relationship with the Promoter. Entrants are responsible for obtaining approved leave in line with their workplace's usual processes. The Promoter is not responsible for any employment, academic or other consequences of an entrant taking time off, whether or not they win.

10. Release date changes

The Competition refers to the expected release of a third-party video game on Thursday 19 November 2026. The release date is outside the Promoter's control. If it changes, the Competition will still be judged and prizes awarded as set out above.

11. Use of entries

By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and share your entry (including the photo and written answer) on JUICD's website, social media and marketing channels, with credit to your handle where practicable. You confirm that you have permission from everyone in your photo for this use.

12. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is offensive, unlawful, infringes third-party rights, is not the entrant's own work, or that the Promoter reasonably believes was submitted without the Approver's genuine consent.

13. Privacy and marketing

Personal information collected will be used to run the Competition. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from JUICD. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice.

14. General

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Competition or the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its fair running, subject to any applicable state or territory regulations. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
