JUICD Energy is an Australian owned and manufactured, 99% sugar-free energy drink. Driven by our slogan “More than Energy” we set out to build a brand that provided more toour consumers then just a satisfying energy drink. We wanted to create a brand whereby every time you sipped on a product by JUICD, you felt that same feeling you had when you were a kid, creative, inspired and limitless.

Most of our Juicd lineup is completely vegan and dairy-free, allowing you to power through your day without any animal products. However, our latest flavour, Space Invaders, contains a small amount of milk in the flavouring. Be sure to check the label if you're avoiding dairy!
Is Juicd gluten free?
Absolutely! Gluten? Never heard of her. We keep it clean and green, making sure you can enjoy your energy without the gluten baggage.
How much sugar is in Juicd?
Juicd is as close to sugar-free as you can get, with just 0.7mg of sugar per serving. It's all about delivering that sweet energy boost without the sugar rush.
How much caffeine is in a serving?

Is Juicd safe for everyone to drink?

How many Juicd’s can I have a day?
The consensus among health authorities is that adults aged 18 and above should limit their daily caffeine intake to 400mg. This threshold, known as the 'daily safe limit,' represents the amount that can be consumed without experiencing adverse effects. With each serving of Juicd containing 180mg of caffeine, you can safely consume two servings per day without surpassing the recommended limit.
I’m diabetic, can I drink Juicd?

It seems there was a hiccup at the checkout stage, leading to a bit of confusion. When incorrect details are entered, your payment provider temporarily holds onto the funds, marking them as a pending transaction. However, rest assured, this transaction didn't go through, so the funds will be released back into your account within a few days.

How long will it take to get my order?
Need it now or happy to hang tight? Express delivery will have it to you in a jiffy (1-3 days), or take the scenic route with standard delivery (3-5 days). Your call.
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! For orders over $150 AUD in Australia and New Zealand, we kick the shipping fee to the curb. It’s our treat.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand costs $10 AUD, while express shipping is priced at $15 AUD. For the rest of the world, there is a flat rate of $20 AUD for standard shipping.
Can you ship to a PO box?
Certainly! PO boxes, parcel lockers – you name it, we ship it.
Where do you ship to?
We do offer worldwide shipping; however, please ensure to check if your country imposes any import taxes.
When will I receive my tracking information?
As soon as your Juicd is on its way, we'll send you all the deets you need to keep an eye on it via email or sms.
My tracking says delivered, but I have not received it.

Can I redirect my order to another address after it’s been shipped?

STORAGE, CARE & EXPIRATION
My Juicd has gone hard/lumpy. Is it still good?
Sure is! Juicd might get a bit clingy (to moisture, that is), but it hasn’t lost its mojo. Just show those clumps who’s boss (a spoon or a blender should do the trick). Just remember to evict the silica gel packet first—it’s not part of the flavour profile.
How should I store my Juicd?
Keep it cool, dry, and away from the wild adventures of moisture. The silica gel sachet it comes with is like a mini-guardian, keeping it in prime condition. If you’re in a spot where the air is more humid than a sauna, consider the fridge your Juicd’s chill-out zone.
What is the shelf-life of Juicd?
Opened or not, your Juicd prefers to be consumed within 3 months for the best taste and efficacy. But, if you treat it right (see above), it’s good till the date on the bottom of the tub or the label's end.
Where can I find the expiration date?
The expiration date can be found either on the bottom of the tub or at the end of the label.
Are Juicd shakers dishwasher safe?
They sure are, but like all cherished items, they live a longer, happier life with a bit of tender, loving care. A gentle handwash will keep your shaker in top-notch condition. Dry it well and store with the cap open to keep it fresh and ready for your next Juicd mix.
