JUICDopoly EOFY Sale - Terms & Conditions

Promotion: JUICDopoly EOFY Sale Promoter: JUICD Energy Promotion Period: 24 June 2026 (00:00 AM AEST) – 30 June 2026 (11:59 PM AEST)

Eligibility

  1. The JUICDopoly EOFY Sale is open to Australian residents only.
  2. Participants must place an eligible order at juicd.energy during the Promotion Period.
  3. Employees of JUICD Energy and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

How It Works

  1. Each eligible order placed during the Promotion Period earns one (1) dice roll on the JUICDopoly board.
  2. Multiple orders placed by the same customer each earn a separate roll.
  3. Rolls are conducted by the JUICD team on a physical JUICDopoly board at the JUICD warehouse.
  4. Each roll is filmed and posted to the #🎲│juicdopoly channel on the JUICD Discord server with the corresponding order number.
  5. The piece position carries over between rolls for the same customer. Each new roll continues from the position where the previous roll landed.
  6. Rolls are conducted during business hours on business days only. Rolls may be delayed during high-volume periods.

Prizes

  1. Prizes are determined by where the piece lands on the JUICDopoly board. Prize spaces include but are not limited to: cash additions, free products, discount vouchers, order doublings, and entry into the Community Giveaway draw.
  2. All prizes are non-transferable.
  3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the prize itself is a cash addition to an order.
  4. Cash prizes are applied as a credit directly to the winner's order and are not paid out separately.
  5. Free product prizes will be added to the winner's order or dispatched separately at JUICD's discretion.
  6. Discount vouchers will be issued after the Promotion Period ends (post 30 June 2026). Vouchers are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
  7. JUICD reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
  8. The Cash Giveaway pot starts at AUD $200 and increases by AUD $50 each time a Delivery Fee space is landed on during the Promotion Period. The pot is awarded to the customer whose roll lands on the Cash Giveaway space.
  9. Community Giveaway entries are drawn live on stream at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The winner will receive one (1) of each JUICD product released in 2026 up to the date of the draw.

Jail & Void Turns

  1. If a roll lands on Jail or Visiting Jail, the turn is void and no prize is awarded for that roll.
  2. If a roll lands on Free Shipping and the customer already has free shipping, the turn is void and no prize is awarded for that roll.
  3. If a roll lands on Delivery Fee, $50 is added to the pot and the turn is void.

General

  1. All rolls are final. JUICD's decision regarding prize allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. JUICD Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
  3. By placing an order during the Promotion Period, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
